In connection with the Personal Data Protection Ordinance coming into force on May 25, 2018, the company Agencja Artystyczna Art Projekt, with its registered office in Gliwice, fulfilling its obligation to provide information, declares that pursuant to Article 13(1)-(2)
of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.04.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC
(Official Journal of the EU L No. 281) – hereinafter: RODO – the controller of your personal data is Artistic Agency Art Projekt.

Your data is processed by the Administrator for the following purposes:

• possible investigation or defense against claims, as realization of your legitimate interest, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the RODO;
• to offer you products and services as part of direct marketing, including products and services provided by cooperating entities (partners), on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the RODO;
• processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b),
• You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, on the basis of which we will cease to process your data for the purpose specified in point 2. The possible assertion or defense of claims indicated in point 1 is a right overridden by the Administrator over your interests, rights and freedoms and is not subject to the right to object.

Your personal data is processed for periods depending on the purposes of processing:

• for purpose No. 1 are processed for the entire period during which possible claims may come to light.
• for objective No. 2, the period is set at 5 years from the time of your last activity related to your consent.
• for purpose No. 3 are processed for the entire period during which possible claims may come to light
• Your personal data is not shared with other entities.

Your personal data under processing entrustment agreements or international agreements like the EU-US Privacy Shield in accordance with the European Commission’s decision of July 12, 2016 IP 16/2016 may be transferred to a third country or international organization (Google, Facebook).
